Job Purpose:
To manage and deliver the Supply strategy for Vivo Energy Botswana (VEB) and be the pillar to customer satisfaction while ensuring HSSE (Health Safety Security amp; Environment) and Quality standards are maintained.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Manage, update and coordinate the Vivo Energy Botswana Supply Strategy and Master Plan with Regional and local ( Supply amp; Distribution) Samp;D Management.
- Manage the Samp;D Process for Vivo Energy Botswana, and link with the group Supply Chain in Lubricants and to grow the On Time In Full deliveries for the business.
- Coordinate with Suppliers to ensure sustained product availability in Botswana and manage all supply contracts with these parties.
- Post contractual award performance management and business collaboration with internal clients and external suppliers.
- Develop and Manage a fit for Purpose Fuels and Lubricants Stock Management System to ensure availability of all products at Key locations which is consistent with Customer Service Level Expectations.
- Present solutions to stakeholders on procurement resolutions.
- Keep fuels and Lubes ( Key Performance Indicators) KPIs and monitor weekly performance uplifts and establish trend and put in place actions to ensure supply targets are met and keep the management informed on actions progress.
- Develop and present the Annual Supply Plan in time and up-dated quarterly and monthly according to consumption evolution.
- Control Supplier Invoices payment On Time.
- Develop healthy relationships between VEB and product suppliers.
- Liaise with all functions for reliable and optimal supply chain.
- Engage with the oil industry and other stakeholders on industry matters.
- Drive for continuous improvements and innovation internally through asset / project teams and externally with suppliers.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any of the relevant fields (Engineering, Supply amp; Logistics, Procurement).
- 5 years work experience in Supply or Logistics.
- Oil industry experience and CIPS membership will be an added advantage.
